How to Make an Appointment
Do I need a referal?

The State of Virginia allows us to perform PT services with Direct Access, meaning no referral required. However, our Medicare recipients and certain other private insurances do require an MD prescription for services. Often this can be accomplished with a simple phone call to your PCP.
What insurances do we accept?

Our list of In-Network insurances include: Medicare, Anthem BC/BS, Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, most Medicare Advantage plans, Sentara, Humana, ASH/Cigna.
We are often able to treat out of network; however, it is best to speak to your insurance provider to determine if this option would be best.
We are currently not accepting Medicaid at this time.
How many visits will I need?

This can be a difficult question to answer as it is highly dependent on what your symptoms, diagnosis, and physician orders specify. Not all care requires 2x weekly for 4-6 weeks, and we frequently treat patients for 1-2 sessions with an emphasis on education and home exercise progression when appropriate.
